From making actress and dear friend Bipasha Basu the prettiest bride to the whopping success of ‘M.S. Dhoni- The Untold Story!’ and styling the star cast of various blockbuster movies in between, Shyamli has come a long, long way! And when it came to styling the new face of Voylla, she won our hearts yet again! <3
Read on about her experience…
Please describe your first hand experience with Voylla.
To begin with, I was pleasantly overwhelmed by the amount of designs Voylla presented to me to pick from for the shoot. All neatly divided into categories for the woman that you are or the woman you choose to be. From delicate trinkets for daily wear to fierce statements pieces when one needs to grab eyeballs! I loved the modern and contemporary pieces but was also taken up by the traditional designs. And coming from the same team of designers it’s commendable.
My personal favourite was the fusion line for its play of colours and delicate execution. Reminded me of the home of Voylla – Jaipur!
How was your experience while shooting with the new face of Voylla- Riya Chakraborty?
Rhea was our model for the print shoot and it was a cake walk as the casting was perfect. She transformed with every look from the feisty warrior and the trendy fashionista to the coy bride as we went along the day. You could gauge her enthusiasm cause she clearly loved the product she was shooting for!
Well, Shyamali, the feelings are mutual! We too had a blast shooting with such immensely talented bunch of people!
