Science says we are naturally attuned to symmetry. To balance. Rhythm. But what happens when this sense of balance, rhythm and symmetry is disrupted?
You sit up. Take a closer look. Because the unexpected, the odd one out is the one that is unconventional, full of surprises. And inexplicably attractive.
House of Voylla makes artistic explorations into the realm of disruption, asymmetry and oddities with its new collection Oddball. Taking cues from the hottest runways of Milan, Paris and New York, it has created a refreshingly out-of-the-box, starkly individualistic and deliciously disruptive collection that would appeal to anyone who refuses to blend in.
Using geometry, the theory of un-balance and asymmetry, it has used metal and pearl in gold and white to create necklaces, cuffs rings and ear rings that are minimalistic and unique. Eschewing excess for brevity, the collection tips a hat to Ikebana and haiku, to the art of Cubism, Surrealism and Abstractism.
