We caught up with the new face of Voylla Rhea Chakraborty in a recent interview and this is what she had to say..

From a teen pageant runner up to a VJ to an actor to starring the YRF film. You've reached the pinnacle of success in merely 7 years. How do you keep yourself so grounded?

I am overwhelmed..Thank you for your kind words. (smiles) Yes, there are times when I am overworked but my 15 minute me-time early in the morning keeps me closer to God. In our industry, you meet and interact with a lot of people who are immensely talented and no matter where you reach, there’s always, always more to learn.

Congratulations on being the new face of Voylla. Tell us about your experience.

It’s absolutely an honour to be the face of Voylla. Voylla’s jewelry is all about attention to detail, fine craftsmanship and avant-garde fashion - all that matches with my sensibilities.

Tell us about your upcoming movie Bank Chor.

Bank Chor is a rollercoaster ride and I'm excited to star opposite Riteish Deshmukh for the first time. Had a fantastic time with the team while shooting for Mere Dad Ki Maruti and I'm sure this is only going to be bigger and better. Get ready for some serious laughter sessions! :D

Five wardrobe essentials that you can’t do without.

5 is too less! Umm.. Ripped blue denims. Statement earrings. Basic Plain sando. Lipstick. (if that counts!) and of course, chokers. That’s my current favourite! <3

Delicate trinkets for daily wear or fierce statements pieces, what's your pick?

You’ll always spot me wearing some kind of jewelry, dainty or statement jewelry, even if I am just stepping out of my house. Usually I like to go with big statement pieces as I feel that jewelry really has the power to change the look of any outfit.
