STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO ACHIEVE A PERFECT WINGED EYELINER- So, now you can achieve the glamorous look in 5 simple steps! Put a foundation base on your eyelids Apply foundation base on your eyelids to clean your eyelids and put powder if your lashes get too oily. Dot your eyelid in equal measurements with a black pencil Start with your inner eyelid and put dots using a black eye pencil in equal measurements. You can make approximately five dots. Make sure you increase the length of the dots vertically little by little in every dot. Join the dots Stretch it to make a thin diagonal line and raise the fifth dot towards the end point of your brows (upper lash line). Stretch from lower lash line upwards to join with the upper lash diagonal line. Make sure you are happy with the shape otherwise erase and start over. Fill the outline with the liner Fill the outline with liquid eyeliner. Don’t open your eye till 10-15 seconds else the eyeliner might smudge. However, you can use some cotton buds dipped in makeup remover to clean out the edges. Repeat the same process on the other eye.
