What is guarantee of the colors /plating used in the product?

Polishing and plating is a cost-effective solution to give the products real look. However, these are prone to wear and tear with time. To prolong the life of these products, we advise following care instructions:-

  1. These products are meant for occasional usage, 24x7 usage will only reduce the life of the product.
  2. Do not expose these products to perfumes, deodorant, soap or other items containing chemicals. These can harm the plating of the products.
  3. Normal water would not harm these products unless the water has very high content of fluoride in it. Do not wear these products while swimming, as chlorine will harm the plating of these products.
  4. After usage, wipe with clean, dry cloth to remove the dirt or perspiration from products.
  5. You can store these products wrapped in cotton. Do not use velvet bags and boxes.
  6. Store these products flat. Do not hang.
We would also be sending a care instructions card with the shipment, which you can keep for ready reference with your jewelry.


Will the actual product look/feel be different from the image which is displayed on the website?

You will receive the same product which is being displayed. But in some cases, product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

How can I measure my ring size?

To measure the ring size, take a string of thread and wrap it around the finger at its base and mark a point where it completes one circle. Measure the length of the thread on a ruler. Find the ring size in the conversion chart for the corresponding length. For conversion chart click:

(For example: If the length of the thread is 2.14 inches then 14 will be the correct ring size for your finger)

How can I measure my bangle size?

To measure the bangle size, take a measuring tape and wrap it around the wrist, and mark a point where it completes one circle. Note the measurement on the tape. Find the bangle size in the conversion chart for the corresponding length. For conversion chart click:

(For example: If the length of the tape is 6.76 inches then 2/2 will be the correct bangle size for you)

Why is COD not available at my location?

We work with almost all of the leading courier service providers in India. Unfortunately, there is a small set of PIN codes which are not supported by COD deliveries by any of the courier partners. You can either choose to place a prepaid order or else can provide an alternative address where the COD service is available.

What if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?

If you are unavailable to take the delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange delivery on next day.

Will the delivery boy arrive to deliver the product with prior information?

Both Voylla and the courier company would inform you via SMS when your order is dispatched for the delivery. Generally, delivery boy comes with prior information but in case does not inform you, he will re-attempt the delivery next day with prior intimation.

Is open delivery available?

Sorry, due to safety and security of your product, we do not encourage open deliveries. But we do have an easy 10-day return policy for the same, you may return or exchange the product in case of any issue within 10 days from the Date of Delivery.

What are the conditions for return/ Exchange process?

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 10 Day Replacement Guarantee:-

  1. Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
  2. Any jewelry that has been washed
  3. Any jewelry not in its original condition
  4. Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  5. Any jewelry without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
You can return the product to us within 10 days from the date of delivery, if you don’t like it or if there is any other issue with the product. You can simply request either an exchange or to return the product.

How can I return an order?

Every piece of jewelry sold at is covered under our 10-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 10 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.
In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at or call us on +91 76761 11022, within 10 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money.Returning of the product can be easily done by the following steps:-

How will I get my refund?

If your order was COD, we will credit the amount in your bank account (provided by you), In case of an online payment, we’ll credit the amount into the same account through which you have paid. The refund will be initiated after receiving of the returned product at Voylla.

Why Return pick up is not available on my address?

Apologies, we don’t have pick up facilities at some pin codes, but you can self-ship the product with invoice and you will get the reimbursement up to Rs.100/- for the same.
